When did somebody mention "washburn"? There's an ad for that one.

I'm happy with the two I have. If I add other guitars, I'll probably be keeping those. The acoustics are a different story, I still don't have one that I'd consider taking to a gig so I'd definately sell off the ones I have if would help me get something decent.
I just did some digging around and saw that Hamer had a 12 string bass they manufactured from '77-'81. I had never heard of such a thing. The bass player from The Who used it and also the bass player from Cheap Trick.

Yeah, that is probably true for me too. I always wanted a real nice D-35. I probably would sell the one I have if I could get one of those.

I have two acoustics and I've considered selling both for a truly superior acoustic. But I like both of them. I have a Fender GA45SCE which is Fender's best acoustic. I've written most of my songs on it. My Guild is a thin body and it's not the best acoustic, but it's really comfortable to play. And it's a Guild. So I don't know.

I know what you mean, I've been saying I would sell mine on and off for years, but never have really pursued it. I just like to talk and think about having one of everything;-)

got some more time with it last night. This guitar, to me, is simply amazing compared to what I've played on through the years. I have another complaint though (besides not being able to keep it in my hands all the time), I wish I was a better guitarist. I've had people assure me that I'm a great guitarist, but now that I have what I'd consider a great guitar, I just wish I could do more with it. Hopefully this is motivation enough to get me playing nonstop again
edit: There was about a year where I didn't play at all and I just started playing again about a year and a half ago. In that year of not playing, and the sporadic playing I've done since, I lost a lot of what I had. Not just forgetting songs I knew, but my technique isn't as sound, and that had always been one of my strong points.
