A drinking buddy gave me a propane grill last weekend. Sunday night I grilled barbecue chicken and Monday I made a couple of steaks and potatoes. It's the bomb (literally if I screw up with the propane). My pal told me to go refill the tank as it was probably empty, but so far I got two meals out of it and I spent an hour grilling those potatoes. The chicken took minutes. It's amazing how fast they went. I plan to do burgers soon along with corn at some point (not for the same meal).
Any suggestions on what else I should grill? I should do some meat on a stick with the veggies. That would rock. I think you can buy those pre-sticked.
I am a grilling machine at this point.

Salmon with a little bit of lemon on it... mmmm... Porck chops are good on the grill, and there's always bratwurst

Ooh, i didn't think about brats. I should stickify the veggies and grill 'em next to the brats. That's gonna kick ass. Pork chops will work also.

Allison's dad gave us a propane grill, I had never cooked on one before but it worked great. My family always used a charcoal grill when I was growing up. Propane is a lot easier to use, I also like that you don't have to wait on the grill to get hot. Just toss in a match and you're ready to go. I'm not much of a cook on the grill but I hope to change that this summer

my dad's a big fan of talapia (sp?). He says it's got a real mild taste for a fish but you can season it just about however you want and get away with it.

Sarah, Tom and I made shishkabobs last night. I bought a three dollar steak, teriyaki sauce, pineapple, apple, portabellow mushrooms, red peppers and red potatoes and onions. Mmmmm. We put 'em all on the grill. Then Tom and I worked on a couple more songs.
