Someone is smoking crack.
I hope the skins get up on them early and then I can watch the Giant implode.
Sorry Ritz but by your team is on the brink.
I liked Tiki's comment the giatns "have become the Washington Redskins. A team full of stars not playing together."

So how many yards is Brunell goiing to throw for?
You guys are giving up 280 a game. I am tempted to start him but I think I am going to stick with Grossman.

from the way they've been playing, I would think Brunnel would be a good play. However, I'm not sure what happened during the bye. I do know that Tim Lewis came out and said his scheme's just haven't been working. Hopefully that means he worked during the bye week to get some pressure in the blitzes. To paraphrase, he also said that he has not turned Arrington loose yet. I would think Sunday against his former team would be the perfect time to do that. Whether he does, or whether he just sticks to his bend but don't break (aka oh shit, we're down by 20 points and there's only 2 quarters left) will be an interesting thing to see. Unfortunately.. I have to Tivo the game since I'll be driving back from the mountains that day

I think receivers in general are hard to figure out.
Unless you have a "steady eddy" how do you know when to start one? It almost always seems as if they are hit and miss.

Well not to give away too many secrets to a fellow 3 and 1 team.
The key is to have 2 or if possible 3 guys who could have a big game. Play them every week. One of them will hit each week bringing up the average.
I currently have C johnson, S Moss & T. Glenn. They are my main starters. When someone has a bye week I can plug in Berrian, M Furrey, D Carter or Br, Johnson depending on the matchup. For me this week its Berrian with C Johnson on a bye.

Yea, I understand that. But in my other league we only start 2 receivers. So this is a little different in having to find 3 guys that are somewhat consistent.

There's way to many bench players per team for a league this large. I like the ones that give you a QB, two WR, a TE and a RB (or two.. I can't remember), and then a RB/WR, and a TE/WR along with a few bench guys.
do you get to choose before the season starts how many players will be riding the bench per team?
edit: that's not a knock on the league. As far as I'm concerned, as long as everyone gets the same handicap/advantage as everyone else I'm fine with it. The above is just my preference
edit2 to rella: We ended the night by shooting off about 150 rounds with the MP5....awesome. I was surprised at how little of a kick there is. Little control because of the fire rate, but hardly any kick.

It that is the case I would look at the defensive match up. Look and see who each WR is playing. Check out how many yards the opposing DEFs are giving up a game and how many throwing TDs. Also look for trends is a particular WR hot right now. Does the QB have a favorite target. For example Doug Gabriel is emerging as the #1 guy in New England. Rellascout

Little control because of the fire rate, but hardly any kick. Yeah the MP5 is awesome. It fires a 9mm bullet so not too much kick is expected. It is the ultimate short range close combat weapon and its a hell of a lot of fun to shoot. Did you fire full auto or 3 round burst? They are almost as much fun as one of these. The Thompson Machine gun. One ofthe orginal sub-machine guns. The last legal to own fully automatic weapon. It fires .45 ACP. Rellascout

The Thompson's are a gun of legend. Never shot one, but I'd love to. They were used in the irish civilian and in almost all mafia situations in the US (as well as, I'm sure, countless other events). You gotta love a gun with that kind of history.
We shot the MP5 on semi, the burst and on full auto. It's just a fun gun. I wouldn't want one to own, but it's definately fun to play around with at the range. I just wouldn't want one sitting beside the bed for protection. Also shot the police issued Sig .40 last night. Great gun. A little uncomfortable in the hand though. The accuracy was unbelievable. I had a head-shot grouping that was probably under 3 inches on 15 shots.

The Tommy gun was a sick weapon. They were the direct target of the national firearms act of 1934 banning automaotice weapons for the public without sepecial permit. They are fun but serve no practical use outside of a combat zone. I like my 12 ga Remmington 870 for home defense a lot better. Yeah the Sigs are nice. They are one of my favorite makes. Was it a P229? I prefer the Sig P228 which is essential the same gun in 9mm. I prefer 9mm and 45 ACP. I have owned a few 40 S&W , a very popular law enforcement caliber these days, and a .357 Sig as well as a .357 Mag Revolver. These days its 9mm or 45 ACP. What distance were you shooting at? as far as the Giants game goes. Did the Skins play badly or where they just outplayed? It didn't really look like they made many mistakes. Antonio Pierce was just all over the place on defense. It was also good to see the secondary ....do anything
