as far as the Giants game goes. Did the Skins play badly or where they just outplayed? It didn't really look like they made many mistakes. Antonio Pierce was just all over the place on defense. It was also good to see the secondary ....do anything Giants played well. They were a team on the verge. They were at home and if they lost they would be 1-3 comming off the bye week and would have found themselves in a lot of trouble. It is hard to say a game in week 5 is a must win game but in many ways it was for the Giants. They needed a win a played well and beat the Skins. They used the 2 weeks well to game plan for the Skins. They stopped Portis and forced us to try to win through the air. When the Skins have to rely of Brunell they will not win. The Skins need balance and the Giants took that away from us. Rellascout

Seems like the Giants have already had two must win games...they've won them both. The Eagles game was important because the Giants easily could have started 0-3 going into the bye. With the Eagles having won, if the Giants lost they would've be three games down at the bye with a division loss. This year, that would be hard to come back from in the East.
